No! The built-in compression liner stays locked in during any movement — inversions, deep squats, running. Full coverage, zero adjusting.
What size should I get?
They run firm at true-to-size for a compression fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed feel, we recommend sizing up one size.
Will my phone fit in the pocket?
Yes! The side hidden pocket fits phones up to iPhone 15 Pro Max size. The back pocket is great for cards, keys, or AirPods.
What workouts are they good for?
